Today we talking about workout and fitness. It's very necessary for our health. It's (workout) my passion.
1. Comfortable clothing:
Choose breathable and modest workout clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident in during workout. Look for brand that offer modest active wear specific designed for women or girls .
2. Modest movement:
Select workout that accommodate modesty preference such as full body works, swimming in women only pools, or activities like yoga and pilates that can be done in private or woman only environment.
3. Workout through online apps:
Consider doing workout using online tutorial or fitness app. This allow you to exercise in a comfortable and private space while following workout tailored to you fitness level and goals.
4. Consistency:
Consistency is the key to seeing progress in your fitness journey. Set realistic goals, creat a workout schedule, and stick to it. Celebrate your achievements along the way to stay motivated and inspired.
5. Importance of rest and recovery:
Stress the importance of rest and recovery days to allow the body to repair and rebuild muscle tissue. Listening to your body's signal and taking breaks when needed to avoid burn out and injury.
6. Fitness for mental health:
Highlight the positive impact of exercise on mental health including stress reduction, improved mood and increase self confidence.
